By accessing or using the Paragon Strength Nutrition application (the "App"), whether through the web, the Android Google Play app, or any other distribution channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Paragon provides a software platform connecting fitness coaches with clients. The App supports two coaching models:
The App includes AI-assisted coaching tools that may generate meal plans, analysis, or suggestions on demand. Paragon is a technology platform; all coaching services are delivered by independent coaches, not by Paragon.
The nutrition plans, meal plans, training programs, supplement information, bloodwork analysis, AI-generated suggestions, and all other coaching services provided through this App are for general fitness, wellness, and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any diet, exercise, or supplement program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking prescription medication.
Access to coaching features requires an active subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe (or, where required by an app store, through native store billing).
Auto-renewal: All Paragon subscriptions are recurring and auto-renew at the end of each billing period for the same term and price unless you cancel beforehand. You will not be charged again if you cancel before the renewal date.
Free trials (team coaching): If a free trial is offered, the trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. The price you will be charged is shown clearly before signup.
Cancellation: Cancel at any time via Settings → Manage Subscription (opens Stripe billing portal — cancel mid-cycle, update card, view invoices). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No penalty for cancellation.
Refunds: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable for unused portions. Requests within 7 days of initial purchase may be considered. Statutory rights (e.g., EU 14-day withdrawal) are not affected. Raise disputed charges with your coach or support@paragon-strength.com before initiating a chargeback.
Price changes: 14-day email notice before any change takes effect; you may cancel without penalty.

To keep team chat, PR feeds, and badges safe, the following content is prohibited:
Reporting: Long-press a message and select "Report", or email admin@paragon-strength.com. Reports reviewed within 24 hours.
Enforcement: Violations may result in message removal, removal from the team, account suspension, or permanent account termination. We may report illegal content to law enforcement. Zero tolerance for CSAM, threats of violence, and doxxing.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Paragon a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, display, and process that content solely to operate the App and provide the coaching service to you and (where applicable) your teammates. License terminates when you delete the content or your account, except for legal hold, law-enforcement requests, anonymized analytics that can't identify you, or backups overwritten on our normal rotation. You represent that you have rights to the content and it doesn't infringe third-party rights.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with fitness, nutrition, exercise, and supplementation, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, muscle soreness, fatigue, adverse reactions, AI-content inaccuracies, and results that differ from expectations. You represent that you are physically sound or have obtained clearance from a licensed physician. You hereby waive, release, and discharge Paragon Strength Nutrition, its owner(s), coaches, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from your use of this App.
Nutritional data, macro calculations, food database entries, exercise recommendations, and AI-generated content are provided "as-is". We do not guarantee error-free data. Users are responsible for verifying nutritional information.
By submitting progress photos and form-check videos, you consent to your assigned coach viewing and retaining them within the App solely for evaluating progress. Stored securely (Supabase Storage for images, Bunny Stream for videos), not shared with third parties or other clients / teammates without your explicit consent, permanently deleted on account deletion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paragon Strength Nutrition shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow exclusion of certain damages — in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
All App content, formulas, programming methodologies, badges, App design, source code, and trade dress are the property of Paragon Strength Nutrition or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. Your personal data (photos, notes, logs, messages) remains yours subject to the license in Section 7.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, or unlawful use. You may delete your account in-app or via the public deletion URL (Section 3). Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, active subscriptions are canceled, data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
Coaches are independent professionals, not employees or representatives of Paragon. Each coach is solely responsible for advice and services they provide. Paragon makes no representations about coach qualifications. Coach-service disputes should be directed to the coach first; we mediate billing-related disputes upon written request.
You agree to indemnify Paragon Strength Nutrition from claims arising from: your use of the App; your violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines; your reliance on coaching information; content you post in team chat; or third-party claims related to your use of the service.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the State of Washington. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. Exception: Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court for IP violations or emergency relief. Consumers in jurisdictions where mandatory arbitration is unenforceable retain statutory rights to bring claims in their local courts.
Governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Where mandatory consumer-protection law applies (e.g., EU consumer rights, UK Consumer Rights Act), that law governs to the extent it provides greater protection.
If you download the App from Google Play or the Apple App Store, you also agree to the store's end-user license terms. The store is not responsible for App failures. In a conflict between these Terms and the store's payment-processing terms, the store's terms control for purchases made through native store billing.
Unenforceable provisions are limited to the minimum extent necessary; remaining provisions remain in full force.
Material changes communicated through the App or via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
