You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what data is removed.
⚠️ Deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all your data is immediately and permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Paragon app:
Your account, subscription, and all data are deleted immediately.
If you cannot access the app, send an email from your registered account address to request deletion. Include your full name and the email address associated with your account.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
If you have an active 1:1 or team coaching subscription, it will be automatically cancelled when your account is deleted. You will not be charged again after deletion. If you want to cancel a subscription without deleting your account, use Settings → Manage Subscription inside the app (opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, update your card, or view invoices).
If you granted Health Connect permissions on Android, synced health data (steps, calories, heart rate, sleep, etc.) is also permanently deleted from our servers when you delete your account. You can revoke Health Connect permissions independently at any time through your Android device settings, even without deleting your account.
Once deleted, your personal data is removed immediately from our active systems. Encrypted backups are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle. We do not retain any identifiable personal data beyond this window.
